Hi,

Check the default rules tab on task level. This one gets triggered (in this case rule 20000027) and uses the release strategy in customizing.

Kind regards, Rob Dielemans

Is this rule 20000027 is default assigned standard TS20000166? because I haven't shared it with you but you got to know the rule number - 20000027. You are genius 🙂

Thanks,

thanks, though just barely (on the genius part).

This is the SAP standard way of PO release. I suggest to check the SPRO documentation and also SAP Help. Plus there ought to be blogs written on this process here on SAP community.

Kind regards, Rob Dielemans

Hi Saquib,

Have you looked at the official SAP Help for defining Release Procedures for Purchase Orders?

I haven't used release procedures in a long time, but the Workflow Indicator may be relevant to your problem.

Good luck,

Hello Saquib,

I don't have a problem with release strategies 🙂 I was including the link to defining release strategies in order to try to help you with your problem. But thank you for the kind offer.

Hi, Saquib,

It is also possible to assign agents at task level. If it was done in your system, this is where those 4 agents might come from.

Hi Egor,

Thanks for your reply but no agent in Task level too.

I have checked all the tabs including start event as well. Please advise where else I need to check.

It's a general Task[mentioned above as well]

Thanks,

Saquib

sap.saquib Not in the task itself. If you look at the step, there's a green icon for "Agent assignment", click on the button aside, that will take you to the agent assignment of the task.NB: you may also reach the same screen from the task screen, menu Additional data > Agent assignment.
