Predictive Scenario: Regression Predictive Model error?

My data contains the below fields,

Date (It contains the history dates)

Customer ID

Sales

I have created a data set with above excel file and I am creating the Regression Predictive Model,

getting the following an error,

Could you please help me in the above error.
