SAP CPI Outlook mail Configuration Error

Hi ,

i have configured outlook mail connectivity by deploying credentials in keystore and tried with connectivity test while testing this i'm getting " message as XXXX SMTP; Client was not authenticated to send anonymous mail during MAIL FROM [XXX.xxx.prod.outlook.com].

i'm using 587 as my port can anybody tell me how can we configure to fix this issue.

Hello,

We also faced same issue and after trying all possibilities for couple of months we finally took help of office 365 team. With their help we created an new ID on cloud so default domain is on cloud. the ID looked like abc@orgnization.onmicrosoft.com

We used this ID in security material and used our regular ID in mail receiver channel.

This worked for us.

I am facing same issue.

If we use protection STARTTLS then it gives authentication error.

I checked note make my ID IMAP enabled but still there is authentication error.
