Hello konstantin.shabakov

The notification payload sent from Marketing Cloud to mobile contains the tracker url along with the sap-outbound-id. When the message is sent, an outbound interaction 'Mobile Notification Sent' is created in Marketing. If you want to know whether the recipient viewed/read the notification, you can write back the inbound interaction using the tracker url. With this, 'Mobile Notification Viewed' inbound interaction is created in the Marketing Cloud.

Hello konstantin.shabakov ,

The mobile campaigns sending the push notifications will have the details of whether the push notification was delivered or hard bounce. The information like whether the push notification was viewed, the offer was clicked or any other activity in the mobile app, by the user, can be written back to Marketing Cloud as an interaction by integrating the mobile app to marketing cloud. The blog mentions the details regarding this integration.

Hello Sreejith,

Could we enrich interaction with sap-outbound-id, if we implement inbound integration sap marketing cloud with mobile app?

We want to know which message was read or revived, not just who read or recived any push notification.

Case: if customer didn't read the notification — send sms to him. In email campaign statuses are linked, how could we do it in push?

Hello Keshav,

Thanks for you reply.

Unfortunately in this blogs no information about capabilities to get delivering statuses of push messages (in SAP Marketing Cloud we can see only "delivered' and "hard bounce").
