Customer migration

we have recently started a system integration project in Poste Italiane for the realization of the CRM systems based on SAP CRM 4.0.

Poste Italiane is one of the main Operator in the Italian Postal and Banking markets with about 30 millions of customers .

The issues that we are currently facing are mainly related to system performance and more specifically related to the first load of the customer base (no initial download from R/3 but migration from external DataWarehouse)

Could you please give us:

- performance data such as: number of customers/time for migration/HW sizing (number of SAPS)

- faster method used to create Customers (Bdoc/BAPI/LSMW/direct input......)
