Hi All,

I am coming across an issue in BEx where I need to generate cumulative values between two period. Example; Prompt FiscPer is 007.2018 to 006.2019. In below table Cumulative Sales Value is getting generated

Hello

Create separate query having just the Dimension ( Month) and use this dimension in the webi report (this will make sure you will have all the months regardless if the values exisist or not)

Next , Merge the dimensions in the webi report and pull the Sales and Cumulative values into this dimensnion..

hope it will be usefull for you.

HI Tom,

That is what I did but it is still showing Gaps. Finally I decided to go through by checking master data for month in Box which is bringing all the values. One more thing to keep in mind is that if BEx is sending Null or Empty value, RunningSum will not work for those values in BOBJ WebI.

Thanks!

Hi Raj,

Run a second query with your [Month] object only and the same prompt. Then synchronise (i.e. merge) your month objects from both queries and use the merged month dimension in your table along with your measure objects.

Tom
