404 - File or directory not found

HI Everyone-

I am getting below error when i redirected/customized the URL from 8080 to 80. Could you please help me how to resolve the issue.

"404 - File or directory not found.The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable."

I have changed the configuration in <installation dir>/tomcat/conf/server.xml file and changed the script in index.jsp which is available in ROOT folder.

Currently i am in 4.2 SP5 patch 11,windows server 2016 and tomcat as web server. It is production environment and cluster.
