Live chat migration into C4C

Hi pros,

How to migrate Live Chat transcripts into C4C?

I have enabled chat recording in Live-Activity pane:

But there are no activities for Live Chat migration in Activity list.

Hope this message finds you well.

After checking internally, I found that there is no activity to migrate specific chat activities to the system at the moment. However, there is the possibility to configure an integration between C4C and the chat tool.
