How to stop forced retro after execution in previous month?

Due to Income Tax calculation issues in November-2019 we executed the payroll for all the employees by using " Forced retro accounting as of " from 01.03.2019.

Will it repeat automatically this month also? If yes then how to stop it?

Hi

Any date that recalculates at least a day in previos period, I.e. Nov,2019 will trigger retro as last cluster result have a retrocalcultation since March,2019. If Current period is from Dec 2019 and no master data has set a retro date on Infotype 0003, there is no reason why this will retrocalculate.

So my suggestion will be to verify Infotype 0003 for master data changes.

Best regards

We have around 20 thousand employees. Can we generate any report for checking Info 0003 for all the employees ?

Does masterdata changes prior to November will also trigger retro run from 01.03.2019?

Yes you may report ALWAYS infotype information using SAP Query, Adhoc Query or other preferred tool.

Unless if you have any master data changes system will not trigger Retro. Just have a simulation run of the payroll and you will find the list of employees for whom Retro is being triggered.
