hi experts, we are analizing the posibility to implement this business function, but before doing that I have some questions, I'll be glad if somebody can tell me if this is possible to achieve:
1. Can we made different scenarios regarding different salary incrementations depending on profesional subgroups for example? because we have different percentage of increase throug the year depending on that.
2. Can we plan a bonus payment, only for some employees only in one month of the year? and can we do that the calculation of this bonus payment should be for example 1,5 of the salary of the employees?
3. Can we determine a percentage such as employer social security payments?
4. the different scenarios can be managed by human resources employees? or this is only a customizing activitity?
