SUM 2.0 wait time and exact processing time

Hi Experts,

I want to calculate the SUM 2.0 tool wait time for faced issues and exact time taken to execute the whole upgrade processes after resuming.

1)Can it seen in the Upgana.xml file alone and what are all other files useful for the same.

2)How to separate the wait time and exact time taken for a particular phase in the log files.

3)I would appreciate all your inputs and exact answers.
