start business for one returnable package material

hi all experts,

We want to start business process for returnable package material to trace the figures and movements of values.

But we only want to start with one high value material except other returnable material with same material type LEIH for same plant.

To update quantity and value, we need set up material type LEIH for this plant to update quantity and value.But we would not others update quantity and value for the others as they are not needed to manage.

What would be the best approach to realize this? Create an new material type for this valuable material?
