HANA Cloud Service Retirement of standard plan - what are the alternatives?

Hi all,

on https://www.sap.com/products/cloud-platform/pricing/estimator-tool.htmlI get the hint "The HANA Standard plan is scheduled to be retired as of April 15th, 2020."

Is there some more information available on this?

Does this apply to all data centers (SAP, AWS, GCP, Azure)?

Is the only alternative the expensive enterprise edition?
