How do system find the right bin in a putaway operation in SAp WM

Hi Experts

I know how the system finds the right bin during a putaway.

But trouble explaining or unable to put it in the right wordings and in sequence if a user or an interviewer asks me.

Can someone please put them in the right sequence and with proper business terms in about three lines so that it is useful

for people like me.
