SAP S/4HANA Cloud for MDG capabilities

Hi Guys,

I wanted to know about the supported functionalities and consideration for hosting SAP MDG 9.2 on private cloud.

The blog which is available (https://blogs.sap.com/2017/10/04/on-master-data-governance-and-public-cloud/) mention about MDG offering on Cloud. But I am not able to find out the details and what are the possible extensions that we are allowed to perform over there.

I am looking for implementing Customer,Supplier, Material and Finance as well as 2 custom domains.

If my understanding is correct, there are limited things which we can perform on S4HANA cloud offering and it doesn't give us full freedom to perform all the extension which we can do on "S4HANA on-Premise".

Please share your insights and documents if you can, as we have to quickly identify the risks if we go through Cloud version.

I personally would go for "S4HANA On-Premise" but need to give solid limitations/cons on the "S4HANA on Cloud" to my client.
