Global Trade Services - ID of Measure in Customs Duty Rates - Anti-Dumping

Hello,
for a Bonded Warehouse in Belgium, we are using the Legal Regulation CUSBE. The Classification Master Data are uploaded with "Upload Customs Duty Rates from XML File" in the new Scheme Z_BTARIC and the Data Provider is BUNDESANZ.

Now, for Legal Regulation CUSBE, Type of Duty B500, Prod. Country Origin KH and Customs Tariff Number 8712003020, a field named "ID of Measure" is filled with 7 entries : 03699634 - G010369963 - G0103699632 - G0103699633 - G0203699631 - G0203699632 - G0203699633.

The value of ID of Measure is corresponding with a Supplier/Vendor with specific Ani-Dumping rules. An additional code C035 is required to validate the correct Duty Rate Percentage. All datas are coming from the XML file.

When we create an Customs Warehouse - IM7 document, in the Item level, tab the Customs Value, Anti-Dumping B500, the system proposes 7 possibilities corresponding with ID of Measure. We can choose manually the correct line but for Free Circulation Document created in background mode, the system can't find the correct line.

The question is, how the system know which ID of Measure is correct for Anti-Dumping B500, Country KH and Customs Tariff Number 8712003020 ?

Thank you for your help.

Best regards,

Gerald Bachmann

HI Gerald,

If you call up the Field Catalog for that sub-screen, and select "Change Layout", isn't there more information there - for example the "Additional Code" (like 'C035')?

I'm not sure exactly what is available there, but I hope there are some clues - please let us know.

Regards,
Dave

Hi Dave,
thank you very much for your answer and sorry for the long time without reaction from my side.
Now, I undestand better the logic.
We have created a new Scheme for TARIC Code and uploaded all new XLM files (includes Duties) from data Provider BUNDESANZ.
