Document Number Already assigned error in FB08

Hi Gurus,

I am having trouble with document reversal in FB08

It gives me below error

Document number xxxx 98114000 2019 was already assigned Message no. F5152 Diagnosis Document number 98114000 in company code xxxx and fiscal year yyyy has already been assigned. System Response Termination of processing. Procedure Check document number range zz in company code xxxx and fiscal year 2019 and correct the number range status if necessary.

I checked FBN1 and the number range is yet to be exhausted

please help me
