In SAP_BASIS 740 Support pack 0014, a new Parameter - OPTIMIZE with text "'X': Merge Authorizations" is introduced for function module GET_AUTH_VALUES.

Because of SAP by default passing a value of "'X': Merge Authorizations", we get less no. of profiles when the function module is executed than what is actually assigned to the users.

Any help to the functionalities of the Parameter - OPTIMIZE with text "'X': Merge Authorizations" or link to the SAP release note for the new field in function module GET_AUTH_VALUES will be helpful.
