Fiori App 'F3163' (Manage BP MD) does not recognize when IBAN ONLY is activated

Hi, mentioned app does not allow an IBAN to be entered without bank accounts - when IBAN only is activated.

In the backend it works correctly:

When using the app on frontend, firstly it calculated directly the actual bank instead of the expected dummy bank for IBAN only:

Secondly, it it not overrideble to enter the NOSWIFT dummy bank manually; it either deletes the IBAN or it overrides the NOSWIFT bank again with the actual bank.

Where can we correct this?
