Possibility to have unassociated email' with 'Reference ticket is already closed' as a new ticket?

Hi!

Anyone knows if there is any possibility to have a new ticket when we have an unassociated email with 'Reference ticket is already closed', instead of having this ending up in the unasocciated queue?

It would be great to have this as standard behaviour, so that follow-ups are not ending up in a queue but create a new ticket that, if not relevant, can be set as irrelevant instead.
