Transfer Data from Excel to SAP

I would like a simple Excel Macro to perform the following actions: 1. connect to SAP 2. Grab specific cell data 3. Go Back to SAP 4. Enter data in field 5. Execute 6. Go back to spreadsheet grab the next data within the same column. 7. repeat the same process and end.
