SAP PowerDesigner - search form in the multi-model report

Hello Experts.

I am building the model of a corporate data warehouse and generating the multi-model report in the HTML format.

Report contains several physical data models of our internal systems. Different tables from different models may contain the same fields (for example, full name of a customer or user).

I want to create a search form in my html multi-model report so I that can enter a field name and find in which tables this field is contain. Does PowerDesigner have such a feature?
