inbound idocs contains junk characters "#".

I am on S4 HANA,for inbound SHPCON idocs i am getting E1EDL24*VRKME="#" which is causing the idocs to fail.We are directly receving idocs from partner and they are not sending such character.

I thought hardcoding this VRKME feild might solve the issue but now new feild LGMNG contains the value "#"
