SAP S4HANA warehouse management for 3pl businesses

Hi,

I have a business scenerio where my client works as a 3rd party warehouse and transportation provider for customer. My client stores customers goods in clients ware house, and after getting order from customer goods transported to customers provided address. So inventory is now own by my client, my client will charge only for warehouse space rent and transportation rent to customer.

How to design this business in S4HANA. Plz guide in perspective of warehouse management and inventory management.
