Planning Calendar vs. release date of Purchase Requisition

Hi All,

how do I need to configurate the planning calendar (MD25) so that it still behaves like the lot sizing procedure 'EX'? The release date of the purchase requisition is much later than already the next day when a materials' stock level has fallen below safety stock and no further requirements are scheduled?
