Release Purchase Contract Information Not Displayed in My Inbox App

The information is not been displayed properly in the My Inbox app for Release Purchase Contract (see attached).

Although, the system alias is assigned to the service. In the error log, I get this message:

No system alias assigned to user 'A.MIRZA' service 'ZC_CONTRACT_FS_SRV_0001' and SID 'S4D' CNT '140'

Please note it's an embedded deployment.
