Using Datathub and CPI for different integrations in same application

Hi Experts,

Just need a clarification whether we can use Datahub and CPI related extensions together? i am facing a issue in backoffice saying no datahub configured. Earlier it was working fine once the CPI and CPQ related extensions are added i am facing this issue
