Options to delete attachments from an approved or canceled MDG CR

Hey,

I had a question regarding the CR attachments in MDG. What are my options to delete attachments on an approved or canceled MDG CR ? I couldn't find any APIs which works on a finalized CR.

Some of the options I can think of are:

1. Use MDG archiving. (Not sure if I can delete only attachments and nothing else)
2. Use direct table deletions. (Don't really like that idea, if an API exists)

Any help would be appriciated, thanks.

Hi Anuj,

CR archiving does not allow to delete attachments. In principle, the idea is that attachments must not be deleted as they belong to the change request. I only see the possibility to archive the CR including the attachment.
