SAP Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable Dunning Notice-Email and Print not working

I use FPVA to create proposal and FPVB to execute it.Using Function Module

FKK_SAMPLE_0350_CCC for configuring dunning activity against my smartform.But unfortunately though i see it getting successfully dunned,nothing gets emailed.I cannot see anything in SOST.Also, I tried using FPCOPARA but cant see anything in the Spool.Is there any other function module I should use instead?Please guide as I am new to dunning process.

Hello Richa,

Please try with the Function Module "ISU_DUNNING_PR_CORR_CONT_0350" or "ISU_DUNNING_ACT_PRINT_0350".

If the DFKKCOH is still not populating, then requesting you to share the FPVB log details (with additional information).
