Serial number in Sales order create with ORDERS05 Idoc

Dear All,

We got requirement to create sales with Serial number through IDOC. I tried with multiple segments like E1EDP02 with qualifier SNC field IHREZ but no success, tried with segment E1EDP19 qualifier 014 field IDTNR( got error --->

Entry 235613 does not exist in SNUM (check entry)

but the serial number is create and available to use(checked in IQ09), stock for the serial number and material is available in MMBE. But still serial number not triggered in sales order. Couldn't find right segment to fulfill the requirement.

Please help to suggest how can i achieve this requirement. Appreciate your help!
