Hello expert.

I got a data from the Google Analytics but on the next step when the system tries to create an Interactions based on the data I for the same error "No email outbound interaction found for tracking ID"

Hello Marian,

You already have received the solution in incident reported by you at SAP.

If you want to resolve the tracking ID the following rules apply: There must be an interaction in the system containing (among other things) and interaction type 'EMAIL_OUTBOUND' and the source object id must not be empty, but filled with the tracking id itself.In the incoming interaction, the id origin must be filled with 'SAP_TRACKING_ID' and the id must be filled with the tracking id (the content of field source object id in the outbound interaction).With this information we read the existing outbound interaction and replace the id origin and id in the incoming interaction with the ones from the outbound interaction and enrich the incoming interaction with the campaign ID if it is not handed over.

do we have to create the SAP_TRACKING_ID origin first by ourselves?

If so, I have to check the "for identification" checkbox, right?

Anything else to consider?
