Hello Zipeng,

Check the network connectivity. Probably you should use the SAP Router string with target host.

Alexander

Hello Zipeng,

Alexander is right the sap router string seems missing or an firewall is blocking the port 433, please check.

Best regards,

Bill

i had the firewall opened and it worked

Or it could be ,

The server that hosts the SAP system does not have direct access to the internet.

Hello haydenliu!

You should use the SAP Router string with target host, check the network connectivit with your network team and use the link below with the guide step by step backbone SAP.

Another point: there was a maintenance notification for Sapserv7/9 although for 9-November.

I'd faced similar error on 4-November while there was no such notification and SAP later released SAP Note 2857044 - Connection to SAP-SUPPORT_PARCELBOX failed with SSSLRC_CONN_CLOSED (-10) fixing the issue at their end.

So it may be worth raising incident to SAP if everything looks good at your end.
