SAP IQ - Promote DB structure from DEV to PROD

Hi all,

I installed two SAP IQ database servers in two separate machines. Each server has a database, one of PROD and one of DEV.
My goal is, of course, to develop in DEV and promote changes in PROD.
I was wondering what was the recommended way to do this.
Do you have any best practices to recommend?
Is there any software that does this?
