Fields write enabled (SC creation) in the catalog or form attached

Hi all,

Does anybody if it is possible to put fields write enabled (in shopping cart creation time) in the catalog or attach any form dependent of the product??

If not I suppose that the only way will be use the customer fields in SRM.
