How to change the standard Layout in ESS / MSS page layout

Hi Experts.

I want to know how I can change the layout from the ESS/MSS page.
Currently it is the standard SAP layout displayed and I want to do some changings, e.g. a company´s logo, background color, corporate design requirements… .

Could anybody tell me where and how I can do these customizing topics? Maybe with an example for the logo change.

I am using the net weaver business client for the self-services in the browser.
