3PL and Service Orders



we have the following Scenario in US and are asking for a solution:

1) We use the 3PL Scenario

2) Customer returns may not be delivered to external managed stock (3PL) - why?

3) We do have customer Service orders with external (customer) stock

4) As the 3PL handles our Inbound, Outbound and internal logistics he should be the only one to do this

5) This seems not to be possible with the Service Scenario because

*Inbound logistic has to be done at not externally Managed Location

*externally owned stock may not be moved between 3PL and internal production

Is there any way to solve this - any ideas?
