Planned Order Created with Exception Message 52, Strategy 25 in blend of MTO/MTS Scenario

Dear Team,

After ran MRP on FG Configurable Material (Planning Strategy 25), which is blend of MTO/MTS scenario system.

MRP generated as required planned order upto 3 levels, which is MTO (S/O allocated planned order).

From 4th level SFG material having MTS (Planning Strategy 40) starts and it have again two more level (i.e. 5th & 6th level).

Here system created planned order (LA) at 4th level, with exception message 52 (NO BOM exploded).

Why system has not created planned order (LA) for 5th & 6th level? I tried with ind/col indicator as well but not working.

Kindly suggest which settings needs to be done/changed.
