Dear all,
I have to install a CCO Hospitality mode in serveral restaurants. The organization is:
Restaurant 1: 2 CCO Hospitatlity
Restaurant 2: 3 CCO Hospitatlity
Restarurant 3: 1 CCO Hospitatlity
According to documentation, each CCO Hospitality need to be on line with a CCO Manager. So I thing I have to install a CCO Manager in Restaurant 1, Restaurant 2 and Restaurant 3. Is this correct?
On the other hand, how to connect the 3 restaurants? With another CCO Manager?
Thanks a lot.
Thanks Robert. Apologies for my ignorance.
Regards,
Eduardo.

Dear Robert Zieschang,
Thanks for your reply. Could you give me a clue about this: "
set up a "master" CCOm which accumulates receipt data"?.
Regards,
Eduardo

Hi,
in your CCOm you have the option to dispatch all receipts to other destinations. Thes destinations can be a CCOm or any other third party system (which "understands" the receipt payload). We are using this feature to create custom integrations in other ERPs or reporting systems.
I think this should be documented in the official CCOm docs.

Robert
Dear eduardo.prietocastro,
The CCO Manager is needed, so that your CCO instances can share tables (e.g. create Table on CCO1, add some dishes on CCO2, create payment on CCO3).
And yes, you are able to set up a "master" CCOm which accumulates receipt data.
Regards
Robert
