Webi Report Prompt Slow

I have two Webi reports. The first report is based on a relational connection to a universe retrieving data from a bex query, the second report is based on a BIC connection retrieving data directly from the same bex query. I have a problem with the first report based on universe unv where the prompt has become very slow recently.

Is this a problem on the server side or in the unv universe? Any solutions that I can try?

The problem occurred after the migration of SAP BW 7.31.

It there anything I can try? You think it's on the server side?

You can't compare the BEX (BICS) and universe LOV's generation as both are connected differently and different databases.

What do you mean by prompt slow?

If LOV's loading is slow then may be there is huge volume in the table and webi is taking time to load all records in LOV's

If there is huge volume, LOV should load slow for both report. Why does the LOV based on universe is very slow compared to the LOV based from a Bex Query directly?
