SuSe Server hanging - SAP HANA

We restart our SAP Hana Server yesterday, Nov 19 (Tuesday) around 4PM, and we encountered slowness, even clicking icon took too much time. So the problem was we cannot up the services, meaning we cannot use the SAP Hana.
