How Can I get the data from Datasource in 0HR_PY_1

Hi All,

I Intalled one Data source which is belongs to Payroll 0HR_PY_1. When I goto Tcode RSA3(Extract Checker) do the extraction here it is coming 0 records. But there is data for this. Is there any settings I have to do it for this. Please help me I didn't have much I idea on Payroll. Any body help on this. I am very thank full for suggestions.

Venkat Hi,

I do have the same problem that you described here (RSA3 in the source system gives me -0- rows).

How did you solve it?

Venkat,

For Payroll extractor you have do the config for BW Payroll month assignment. This setting is for payroll results consolidation ( INPERIOD or FORPERIOD with contry specific).

Secondly if are not getting data even you have some valid results in RT cluster, check the authrization for background user ALEREMOTE. You have added some additional profiles for HR Data extraction as per your system release.

Check OSS note 150315.

I activated again, still it is giving the 0 recods only. Is there any other for this problem.

Hi Ravi,

Thank you very much for quick reply. I find one option for this datasource please conform me wether it is applicable or not. there option called "Assignmen of Payroll data to BW month". Here I have to do any settings.

Hi Venkat,

It is not Required to my Knowledge.But you can always try the options.

Did you activate it again? This should solve the problem.

Hi Venkat,

There is no setting other than installing for the Pay Roll HR datasource.

It has to work if there is data.

Install the Datasource again and try.
