Report Material Inventories - Reconciliation

I have attached a report of material and the unit cost of the material from the Data source.Can anyone help me out on how to get the report of material with unit cost with the last updated Valid from date.Since there are many material with diffrent valid from date i am unable to get it .please help me out.
