SAP Technical/architecture setup Roadmap for MDG

Hello Team,

I have few technical questions as following...

1. Do we have to install separate S/4 CORE (MDG) to use MDG function only? What is SAP recommendation?
2. What is SAP Roadmap of next 5 Years for SAP S/4 CORE (MDG) separate hub installation?
3. In Our Maintenance Planer Output (see Attachment) we cannot see any MDG_* related Components. Did we Missed anything ?
