About SAP IdM

Dear ALL,

Hello.

Someone help me who has experienced using SAP IdM(SAP Identity Management).
I would like to improve work efficiency by using SAP IdM and I am researching that now.
Are there any advantages and disadvantages(what is NOT realized by using SAP IdM?) of this software?
