want to know existing workflow/configuration of T-CODE: SOST email settings

Dear Gurus,

Kindly help to understand:

1. what is the current configuration of email settings in SOST?

2. how to check why few fields are coming blank. Everything properly maintained in customer master.

3. how to check why mails are going for quotations while it was not configured.

Hi First Name Last Name,

Probably you may want to update your actual First name & Last name instead. It can help other people understand that your question post is not a Spam content.

Anyways coming to your point, would like to know in which program & what details you are using to trigger in the Email template.

For testing purpose, if you have the necessary authorisation, you can also try sending a mail via SM02-->category Internet Mail address.

Generally this kind of issue might occur if your developer has used a different platform to write the Email-template other than SAP or trying to fit a windows file system in a Linux platform or similarly different platform

For the blank coming field, you may try using lesser or smaller content for that particular fields
