Hi Shivam Bhanot & M. Sundararaja Perumal ,
For the UDF in Service Call Scheduling, you need to select the option Enable Multiple Scheduling for Service Calls on the General tab of the Document Settings window (Administration ? System Initialization ? Document Settings).
Please that once you select this option, it is irreversible. The activation is irreversible due to a database structure change that occurs during the activation.
Once this option is selected, you will find the UDF on Service Call form in Scheduling tab.
