Is this happening in the context of opening attachments from the GOS (Generic Object Services) menu?

I remember from earlier customer incidents that the ABAP requests from the SAP GUI to delete files (function module SO_PC_FILES_TAB_DELETE), which might fail dependent on the security settings / trust level, resp. because the specified file does not exist at that location.

I suggest to open a support incident related to component BC-SRV-GBT-GOS.

Btw. your SAP GUI version, Java version and macOS version are quite outdated (but not the cause of the problem).
