edoc - pdf forms ?

Does SAP offer forms for PDF to generate/send customer invoice PDF's in suite particularly for edocument framework by countries or in any other way? or what forms can we use to generate customer invoice PDF's with digital signatures/barcodes etc ?

    Hello Chandru, thank you for asking. Currently, available SAP Document Compliance (aka eDocument) processes for S/4 HANA Cloud support XML-based messages with governments. PDF and business attachments are not supported. Where SAP Document Compliance is available, you can find related information in the documentation of each country under General Functions, like here for Italy. That said, we will surely be looking at possibilities to enhance SAP Document Compliance processes in S/4 HANA Cloud in the future. As of now, our thinking is going towards embedding the regular PDF forms already available in S/4 HANA Cloud into the government XMLs (please take as a very weak forward looking opinion that can be changed by SAP at any time). Fyi: if you would like to influence the topic, we are starting a Customer Engagement Initiative (one of SAP Influence programs) on the handling of business attachments with SAP Document Compliance - cross-backends, so also for S/4 HANA and ECC.
