Hi All,

May I have your help on the issue below?

In Material Price Analysis(CKM3), user complains that the Primary Transport is displayed as zero, as shown below. Also, the value for Fin/Semifin. Product consists of the total of ‘value of the material’ and the ‘Transport Cost’.

Please note that there exists the Condition type “XXXX” for the Transport Cost and so DCGR has been correctly triggered in the PO History, as shown below.

Since in Calculation Schema in Pricing procedure, we have separate Account key and Accruals, the DCGR amount has correctly hit the corresponding G/L Accounts, as shown below.

We have Purchasing Account Management Active for this company code. In SPRO path, for the “Calculation of Value for Purchase Account”, we have both the Recpt Value and Del costs checked for the plant(Valuation Area). Also, there is no Separate Accounting document.

Here, the user expects to have the separate cost for Fin/Semifin. Product and Primary Transport in CKM3. From the above document the value for Fin/Semifin. Product should be 83,621,154 and that for Primary Transport should be 3,749,483(instead of zero). I noticed that in some cases for other company codes it is working fine. The only difference I noticed is that there are separate Accounting document checked for the success company code.

I would like to know

  1. If I am missing any settings in MM in order to determine the Primary Transport to be filled?
  2. Also, will there be any impact in order to determine the Primary Transport in CKM3 if there is no separate Accounting Document? I hope no. But would like to know your inputs

Could you please help me in meeting user's request?

Regards,

Aku
