SAC Live connection to Azure SQL

How to connect the SQL database using the Live connection method in SAC?

How to process an image file which is located in Azure SQL? I know we can process image files in the HANA database by creating calculation view in HANA studio. The same way I want to process an image file which is in SQL. Are there any road maps available to connect the SQL database which is in Azure?
